EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 14th February 1969
S.O. 622. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , namely :-
In Part ' B ' of Schedule I to the said Order , under item NoNo 30 the existing sub- entries ( iv ) Kardi seed oil ( vi ) Niger seed oil and ( viii ) Sesame eed oil shall be deleted .
