No. 38-ITC(PN)/69.—Attention is invited to the list of Registering Authorities appearing in Appendix 4 of Annexure I on pages 298-299 to the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure, 1968 published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 57-ITC(PN)/68 dated 8-4-1968.

2. After the existing entry at S. No. 19, the following may be added under Cols- 1 to 3: —

(il) In the Index at the end of the above Red Book, the following may be Inserted: —

4- The amendment referred to In para 2 above will be applicable in respect of exports made on or after 1-1-1969.

5. For the letter and figure "B-65" appearing in the second nmendment of para 2 of Public Notice No. 26-ITC(PN)/69, dated 3-2-1969, read the letter and figure "Btf6" and for the letter and figure "B.66" appearing therein and In para 3, read "B.67"-
