S.O. 732. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - Section ( 2 ) of Section I of the Border Security Force Act , 1968 (47 of 1968 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of March , 1969 , as the date on which the said Act shall come into force .
