ORDER
In pursuance of the provisions of article 280 of the Constitution ot India and of the Finance Commission (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1951 (33 of 1P61), the President is pleased to appoint Shri G. Swaminathan, retired Additional Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General, as a Member of the Finance Commission conati- tuted by the Order published with the Notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Finance No. S.O. 812, dated the 29th Fefbruary, 1968, in place of Shri P. C. Bhattacharyya (deceased).
Shri G. Swaminathan shall render part-time service as Member of the Com- mission and shall hold office till the, 31st day of July, 1969.
