ORDER
New Delhi , the 20th February 1969
S.O. 741. Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Commerce , No. S.O. 3548 , dated the 17th December , 1963 , read with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 4205 , dated the 22nd November , 1968 , the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as the Benga Nagpur Cotton Mills Ltd. , Rajnandgaon , had been taken over by the Authorised Managing Agents referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period up to and inclusive of the 16th June, 1969;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undert..king by the said Authorised Managing Agents should continue for a further period of six months , ie up to the 16th December , 1969 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section ( 2 ) of Sectiontion 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months i.e. , up to the 16th December , 1969
