NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st February 1969
G.S.R. 446.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (1C of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licensing and Control) Order, 1957, namely :—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licensing and Control) Amendment Order, 1969.
(2) It shall come into force on the 1st day of March, 1969,
2. In clause 2 of the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licensing and Control) Order, 1957 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order), in sub-clauses (b) and (c), for the words "Central Government", the words "State Government" shall be substituted.
3. In clause 10 of the principal Order, 10 sub-clause (1), the fallowing proviso shall be added at the end, namely :—

In clause 12 of the principal Order, for the words "the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Department of Food", the words "the Secretary to the Department of the State Government dealing with Food" shall be substituted.
5. Every person who, at the commencement of this Order, holds a licence issued under the principal Order, shall continue to hold the eaid licence under the same terms and conditions until the date of expiry specified therein, notwith- standing the amendments made to clause 2 of the principal Order by this Order.
