G.S.R. 449.—Ess. Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1055 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments In the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food), No. G.S.R, 2181/Ess.Com./ Sugar, dated the 12th December, 1968, namely:- -
In Schedule III to the said Notification,—
(1) under the heading "ZONE 1", after serial No. 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial No and entry shall be inserted, namely.— "1-A. Shree Madhi Vibhag Khand Udyog S a h a k ti Mandli Ltd., Madhi, Distt. Surat.";
