NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd February 1969
S.O. 744. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C of the Cotton Textiles ( Control ) Order , 1948 , the Central Government hereby specifles:-
( 1 ) 2 paise per square metre for grey dhoty and saree , and 1 paisa per square metre for other varieties , as the rates for the purposes of para- graph ( a ) of sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C aforesaid for the quarter ending with the 31st January, 1969 and 1 paisa per square metre for grey dhoty and saree and paisa per square metre for other varie- ties as the rates for the purposes of paragraph ( a ) of sub - clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C aforesaid for the quarter ending with 30th April , 1969 and
( ii ) 6 paise per square metre as the rate for the purposes of paragraph ( b ) of sub- clause ( 1 ) of clause 21C aforesaid for the quarters ending with 31st January , 1969 and 30th April , 1969 .
