NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th February 1969
G.S.R. 450.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - sections ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) of Section 10E of the Companies Act , 1956 ( 1 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri R. Prasad to be a member and also the Chairman of the Company Law Board in place of Shri S. K. Datta , and makes the following amend- ments in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. G.S.R. 177 dated the 1st February , 1964 , namely :-
In the said notification , in clause ( a ) , for the entry " ( 1 ) Shri S. K. Datta , " the entry " ( 1 ) Shri R. Prasad " shall be substituted ; and for the entry " ( b ) Shri S. K. Datta , to be the Chairman of the Company Law Board" the entry " ( b ) Shri R. Prasad , to be Chairman of the Company Law Board " shall be substituted .
