New Delhi , the 27th February 1969
S.O. 834. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 7 ) of section 16 of the Gold ( Control ) Act , 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) read with sub - section ( 1 ) of that section , and in continuation of the notification of the Government of Indla in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 4654 dated the 30th December , 1968 , I , Jasjit Singh , Administrator being satisfied that itis necessary so to do , hereby extend the period for the making of declarations by licensed dealers and refiners under the said sub - section ( 7 ) upto and inclusive of the 30th April , 1969 .
