NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd March 1969
G.S.R. 759. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order . 1966 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Amend- ment Order , 1969 .
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order , 1968 , after item ( 1 ) and the entries relating thereto , the following item and entries shall be inserted , namely :-
"(m) (i) Kerosene
Superior
(A) per kilolitre in bulk
Thirty - nine rupees and forty - six paise (increase)
Increase in Central Ex- ciseduty
For all supplies."
Seventy - three paise (increase)
(B) per in con- taining 18.5 litres
(ii) Aviation Turbi- ne Fuel per kilolitre in bulk .
Thirty - mne rupees and forty- five paise (increase)
