NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th March 1969
G.S.R. 765.—In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act,
1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby specifies the Mysore Baby Food
(Maintenance of Accounts, Display of Prices and Stocks) (Second) Order, 1967
and the Mysore Edible Oils and Vanaspati (Maintenance of Accounts, Display of
Prices and Stocks) (Second) Order, 1967, made by the State Government of Mysore
to be special orders for purposes of summary trial under the said section.
