G.S.R. 811.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Passports Act , 1967 ( 15 of 1967 ) , the Central Government being of the opinion that it is necessary in the public interest so to do . hereby exempts with effect from 7th March 1969 to 18th March , 1969. Shri Pratap Kumar Roy s / o Shri Mriganka Kumar Roy , General Manager , The Times of India, Dr. D Navroji Road , Bombay - 1 , from the operation of the provisions of Clauses ( f ) and ( g ) of sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 6 of the Passports Act , 1967 .
