NOTIFICATION
New Delhi the 12th March 1969
G.S.R. 812.- Sugar Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 (30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Co - operation (Department of Food) , GSR No 1901 / Sugar Export, dated the 25th October , 1968 , namely :-
In the said notification, for the figures and words "31st day of March , 1909 " , the figures and words " 30th day of November , 1969" shall be substi- tuted.
