NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th March 1969
G.S.R. 813. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 1 ) of article 258 of the Constitution , the President , with the consent of the State Government concerned , hereby authorises the District Collectors / Deputy Commissioners in the States of Mysore and Orissa , to perform , within their respective jurisdic- tions , the duties of a Collector under the ProducProduce Cess Act , 1966 and the rules made thereunder , in respect of Cotton consumed in any mill with a view to pro- ducing or manufacturing any goods therefrom .
