New Delhi, the 19th March 1969

S.O. 1152.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 280W of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Annuity Deposit Scheme, 1964, namely:—

In Appendix II to the Annuity Deposit Scheme, 1964, In the Table, before the entry "After the expiry of 1 year but before 2 years from the date of deposit" in column 1 and the entries corresponding thereto in columns 2, 3 and 4, the following shall be inserted, namely:—

"Before the expiry of 1 year from the date of deposit 9.60 96.00 960.00".
