ORDERS New Delhi, the 20th March 1969
S.O. 1159.—Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the employers in relation to the management of Messrs Pandurang Timblo Industries, Margao and their workmen m respect of the matters specified in the Schedule hereto annexed;
And, whereas the Central Government considers it desirahle to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Bub- section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby refers the said dispute for adjudication to the Indus- trial Tribunal (No. 2). Bombay, constituted under section 7A of the said Act.

378 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART It—SuS. 3(ii)jS.O. 1160.—Whereas by an Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Rehabilitation (Department of Labour and Employ- ment), No. 24/5/6()-LRI(i), dated the 20th March, 1969, an industrial dispute between the employers in relation to the management of Messrs. Pandurang Timblo Industries, Margao and their workmen has been referred to the Industrial Tribunal, (No. 2), Bombay, for adjudication;
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by aub-section (3) of the section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1&47 (14 of 1947), the Central Govern- ment hereby prohibits the continuance of the strike in existence in the said mines in connection with the said dispute.
