New Delhi , the 24th March 1969
G.S.R. 880/ Sugar Export - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Develop- ment and Co-operation ( Department of Food) , G.S.R. No 179 / Sugar Export , dated the 25th January , 1968 , namely :
In the said Notification , for the figures and words " 31st day of March , 1969 " , the figures and words " 31st day of May , 1969 " shall be substituted
