New Delhi , the 28th March 1969
S.O. 1880. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968, namely:-
In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order the existing entries under S. No. 18 shall be deemed to be deleted and substituted by the following :--
18. Ferro Alloys
(1 ) Ferro Manganese /Ferro Manganese Slag
( ii) Ferro Chrome/ Silico Chrome
(iii) Others .
