NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 28th March 1969
S.O. 1233.-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (3) of sec- tion 1 of the Employees' State Insurance Act 194B (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 30th day of March 1960 as the- date on which the provisions of Chapter IV (except sections 44 and 45 which have already been brought into force) and Chapters V and VI [except sub-section (1) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force] of the said Act shall come into force in the following areas in the State of Maharashtra, namely —
(i) the area within the Municipal limits of Aurangabad town; and (ii) the revenue survey numbers 12 13 40/1 41/1 and 42 of village Usman- pur, and revenue survey No 33 of village Pahadslngpura, in Auranga- bad Taluka District Aurangabad

(i) Municipal limits of Surat Municipal Corporation, Chorasi Taluka, District Surat;
(ii) Nanavaracha village of Chorasi Taluka, District Surat; (111). Adajan villa.ge of Chorasi Taluk*, District Surat; (iv) Kepadra village of Chorasi Taluka, District Surat; (v) Karanj village of Chorasi Taluka, District Surat; (vi) Utian village of Chorasi Taluka, District Surat; (vii) Udhna village of Chorasi Taluka, District Surat; (vUI) Katargam village of Chorasi Taluka, District Surat;
(ix) Bhestan village of Chorasi Taluka. District Surat.
