G.S.R. 913.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Haldia in the Midnapur District and Maurigram in the Howrah District in the State of West Bengal to be warehousing stations .

G.S.R. 914. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 4 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs , Calcutta and the Assistant Collector of Customs , Calcutta , to be the Collector of Customs and the Assistant Collector of Customs respectively , for the purposes of all Warehouses situated in the Warehousing Station of Haldia in the Midnapur District of the State of West Bengal .
