New Delhi, the 31st March 1969
G.S.R. 915.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Bengal Finance (Sales Tax) Act, 1941 (Bengal Act 6 of 1941) as in force in the Union territory of Delhi, the Central Government hereby makes with effect from the 1st April, 1969, the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, the same having been previously published in the Official Gazette as G.S.R. 436 dated the 12th February, 1969, as required by the said sub- section namely :—
In the said Schedule, for Item 29, the following item shall be substituted, namely:—
"29 Agricultural implements, including chaff cutters and parts thereof and Persian wheels and parts thereof "
