S.O. 1308 - In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub- section ( 3 ) of section 19 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby extends the period of operation of the award of the Honourable Arbitrator , Shri T. L. Venkatarama Aiyar , Retired Supreme Court Judge , in the industrial dispute between the employers in relation to the Reserve Bank of India and their workmen represented by the All India Reserve Bank Employees ' Association , published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour , Employment and Rehabilitation ( Department of Labour and Employment ) No. S.O. 920 , dated the 19th February , 1968 , in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , dated the 5th March, 1968 , by a period of one year with effect from the 5th April , 1969 .
