8.0. 1310.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in modification of the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. SO . 493 , dated the 11th February , 1966 , as amended by the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 2131 , dated the 12th July , 1966 and No. S.O. 1912 , dated the 27th April , 1968 , read with the Order of the Govern- ment of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O 333 dated the 27th February , 1969 , the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri P. C.C. Aggarwal to take over the marthe management of the whole of the New Bhopal Textile Mills , Ltd. , Bhopal , vice M / s . Deep Chand Golcha and Bros. , of Rajnand- gaon .
2. This Order shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th April , 1969 .
