CARDAMOM CONTROL
New Delhi , the 31st March 1969
S.O. 1307. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 14 of the Cardamom Act , 1965 ( 42 of 1965 ) and in supersession of notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 381 , dated the 5th March , 1966 , the Central Government hereby fixes with effect from the 1st April , 1969 , the rate of cess which shall be levied on all cardamom which is exported at two per cent ad valorem .
