G.S.R. 917 /Ess . Com./Sugar-In exercise of the powers -conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , read with clause 6 of the Sugar (Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation ( Department of Food ) No G.S.R. 914/ Ess . Com./Sugar , dated the 10th June , 1966 , namely!-
In the said Or, after the existing proviso the following proviso shall be added , namely:-
"Provided further that nothing in this Order shall apply to the transport of khandsari sugar from the State of Uttar Pradesh to any place outside the State " .
