S.O. 1313.- Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People con- sequent on the election of Shri Manubhai Nandlal Amersey from 13 - Banaskantha Parliaınentary constituency in the State of Gujarat having been declared vold ; Now , therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of sectionsection 148 of the RepresentatioRepresentation of the People Act , 1951 (43(43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby calls upon the said constituency to elect before the 12th May , 1969 , in ac- cordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and Orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused.
[ No. 100 / GJ - HP / 1 / 69 ( 1 ) . ] S.O. 1314.-In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representation of The People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye - election to be held in 13 - Banaskantha Parliamentaryary Consti- tuency , in the State of Gujarat in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / GJ - HP /1 / 69 (1 ) , dated the 1st April , 1969-
( a ) the 8th April , 1969 , as the last date for making nominations ;
(b ) the 9th April , 1969 , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
( c ) the 11th April , 1960 , as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures , (d) the 4th May , 1969 , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary be taken; and
( e) the 12th May , 1969 , as the date before which the election shall be com- pleted.

S.O. 1315.- In pursuance of section 56 of the Representation of the People Act, (43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 8 A.ML. to 5 P.M. as the hours during which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken for the bye-election to the House of the People from 13 - Banaskantha Parliamentary constituency to be held in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / GJ - HP / 1 / 69 ( 1 ) , dated the 1st April , 1968.

एस० प्रो० 1316--प्रतः गुजरात राज्य में के 13 बनसकांथा संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से श्री भनुभाई नन्द लाल अमरने का निर्वाचन शून्य घोषित कर दिये जाने के परिणामस्वरूप लोक मभा में एक स्थान रिक्त हो गया है ;
अत. अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 149 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग एनद्वारा , उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि वह ऐसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए , उक्त अधिनियम तथा तदत्रीन बनाए गए नियमों और श्रादेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुपार , एक व्यक्ति 12 मई 1969 से पूर्व निर्वाचित करें ।

ए१० ओ ० 1317.--लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की श्रारा 30 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में , निर्वाचन प्रायोग अपनी अधिसूच प रां ० 100 - न/लो ० सं ०/ 1 / 69 ( 1 ) दिनांक 1 अप्रैल , 1969 के अनुसरण में गुजरात र मे के 13 बनसकाथा संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में होने वाले उप-निर्वाचन के बारे में---
(क) नाम निर्देशन करने के लिए प्रनिन नारोव 8 प्रप्रैल, 1969 ;
(ख) नाम निर्देशनों की सरोक्ष को नारोत्र 9 अप्रैच , 1969 ,
(ग) अभ्यर्थिता वापम लेने के लिए अन्तिम नारोख 11 अप्रैल , 1969;
( घ ) वह तारीख जिसको यदि आवश्यक हो'तो मतदान होगा 4 मई 1969 ; तथा
( ड) वह तारीख जिस के पूर्व र्वाचन ममाप्त कर दिया जाएगा--12 मई 1969 एसद्वारा नियत करता है ।

एस ० श्री० 1318--लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 56 के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100 गुज/---लो ० सं ०/ 1 / 68/ ( 1 ) दिनांक 1 अप्रैल 1969 के अनुसरण मे लोक सभा के लिए सं ० 13 - बनसकांथा संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से होने वाले उप - निर्वाचन के लिए 8 बजे पूर्वाह्न से 5 बजे अपराह्न तक का समय उस समय के रूप में एतद्वारा नियत करता है जिसके दौरान यदि आवश्यक हो तो, मतदान होगा ।
