ORDER

New Delhi, the 2nd April 1969

G.S.R. 919.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Madhya Pradesh Coarse Grains (Export Control) Order, 1984, published with the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1811, dated the 18th December, 1964:

Provided that such rescission shall not affect—

(a) the previous operation of the said Order or anything duly done or suffered thereunder; or

(b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the said Order; or(c) any penalty, forfeiture or punishment incurred in respect of any offence committed against the said Order; or (d) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation, liability, penalty, forfeiture or punishment as aforesaid; 269

and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, conti nued or enforced and any such penalty, forfeiture or punishment may be imposed as if the said Order had not been rescinded.
