NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd April 1969
S.O. 1337.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential! Commodities Act, 1055 (10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Essential Commodities (Regulation of Pro- duction end Distribution for Purposes of Export) Order, 1966, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Essential Commodities (Regulation of Production and Distribution for Purposes of Export) (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th of August, 1968.
2. In clause 1 of the Essential Commodities (Regulation of Production and Distribution for Purposes of Export) Order, 1966, in sub-clause (2), the words 'except (he State of Jammu and Kashmir' shall be omitted.
