CUSTOMS
New Delhi, the 7th April 1969
G.S.R. 924.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section UN of the Cus- toms Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do hereby exempts photographic cameras, flash guns and colour films therefor notified under section 1IB of the said Act from the provisions of sub-section (6) of section 11C of the said Act when the said photographic cameras, flash guns and colour films are taken from one place to another by a professional photographer in execution of an order placed with him by a client for taking photographs.
