NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd March 1969

S.O. 1416.—Whereas the Government of the State of Haryana have intimated some printing mistakes in the extent of constituencies and also some changes In the boundaries and the names of some territorial divisions referred to in the description of constituencies given in Part B of Schedule V of the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1966;

And whereas the Commission considers it expedient to correct these printing mistakes and also to make the amendments in the description of the constituencies in the said Schedule to bring the Order up-to-date;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Commission hereby makes corrections in the said Order as follows;—

In Part B Assembly Constituencies,—

(1) In 1-Kalka, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words "Panjore k.c", the words "Kalka tahsil" shall be sub- stituted;

(2) in 4-Jagadhri, in the description of the extent of constituency, for•'Jagadhri Chaneti," read "Jagadhri, Chaneti,"; (3) in 6-Mullana (SC), in the description of the extent of constituency, for "Jaloli", read "Jeoli"; (4) in 30-Safldon, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the words "Safldon k.c" the words "Safldon tahsil" shall be substitut- ed- ( 4 7 1)

(5) in 00-Narnaul, in the description of the extent of constituency, for

"Nangal Chandhi" read "Nangal Chaudhri";

(6) In 6l-Mahendragarh, in the description of the extent of constituency,

for "Khurma" read "Khorma";

(7) in 62-Kanlna, in the description of the extent of constituency, for the existing entry, the entry "Kanina k.c. in Mahendragarh tahsil and Dadibana and Changrod villages in Abldpura p.c, Balrod village in Badhwana p.c, Dadi Chhilar village In Mandola p c. and Dudhwa village in Makrana p.c. in Dadri k.c, in Dadri tahsil." shall be sub- stituted;

(8) in 63-Badhra, in the description of the extent of constituencyfor the existing entry, the entry "Badhra k.c., Kitlana, Neemriwali, Paintawas Kalan p.cs- and Sohuwas village in Fatehgarh p.c. in Sanwar kc. and Dadri k.c. (excluding Dadri, Rawaldhi, Shameshpur, Dhani, Mori, Chirya and Makrana p.cs., Knpuri and Balkara villages In Ghaaola p,c., Dadi Chhilar village in MandoJa p.c, Dadibana and Changrod villages in Abldpura pc. and Balrod village in Badhwana p.c-) in Dadri tahsil," shall be /substituted;

(9) in 64-Dadri (SC), in the description of the extent of constituency, for the existing entry, the entry "Sanwar k.c. (excluding Kitlana, Neemri- wali and Paintawas Kalan p.cs. and Sohuwas village in Fatehgarh p.c.) and Dadri, Rawaldhi, Shameshpur, Dhani, Mori, Chirya p.cs., Makrana p.c, (excluding Dudwa village) and Kapurl r,nd Balkara villages in Ghasola p.c, in Dadri k.c, in Dadri tahsil." shall be sub- stituted,¹

(10) in 68-Tosham, in the description of the extent at constituency, for

"Deorala Sandeva," read "Deorala, Sandeva,";
