ORDER
New Delhi , the 14th April 1969
S.O. 1425 IDRA 18G 69.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18G and section 23 of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Cement Control Order, 1967 , namely , --
1. ( 1 ) This Order may be called tht Cement Control (Amendment ) Order , 1969 ( 2) It shall come into force with effect from the 16th April 1969 .
2 In clause 8 of the Cement Control Order . 1967 , ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) -
( 1) in item ( a ) for the figures " 148.53 " the figures " 15213 " shall be sub- stituted;
( li ) in item ( b ) . for the figures " 125.53 " the figures " 129.13 " shall be sub- tituted .

3. For the Schedule to the said Order , the following Schedule shall be sub- stituted , namely-

In the case of rapid hardening cement and low heat cement an additional price of Rs . 12 per metric tonne may be added to the price specified above .
In the case of cement delivered ex -Sewri Works and ex - Ahmedabad Works of Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited , an additional price of Rs . 42.80 and Rs . 23.00 per metric tonne , respectively , may be allowed . "

एस ० ओ ० 1426.--आई ० डी० आर ० ए०/18 जी०/ 69 उद्योग ( विकास तथा ब्रिनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की भारा 18 छ और भारा 25 के द्वारा प्रश्त तथा इस सम्बन्ध में उसे समर्थ बनाने वाली अन्य सभी शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार उतङ् द्वारा सीमेंट नियंत्रण आदेश 1967 में और आगे सशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश जारी करती है, अर्थात्:-
1 ( 1 ) यह आदेश सीमेंट नियंत्रण ( संशोधन) आदेश 1969 कहलायेगा ।
( 2) यह 16 अप्रैल 1969 से लागू किया जायेगा ।
2. सीमेंट नियंत्रण आदेश 1967 ( जिसका उल्लेख आगे चलकर उपयुक्त आदेश के रूप में किया जाएगा) के खण्ड 8 में:---
( 1 ) मद संख्या ( क ) में " 148.53" आंकड़े के स्थान पर " 152.13 " आंकड़े रखे जायेंगे;
( 2 ) मद संख्या ( ख ) में " 125.53 " आंकड़े के स्थान पर " 129.13 " आंकड़े रखे जायेंगे ।
3. उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अनुसूची रखी जायेगी अर्थात्ः-

सीघ्र कड़ा हो जाने वाला ( रैपिड हार्डनिंग ) सीमेंट तथा निम्न ताप ( लो-होट ) सीमेंट के सम्बन्ध में उपस्ििलखित मूल्य में 12 रु प्रति मी ० टन का अतिरिक्त मूल्य जोड़ा जायेगा ।
श्री दिग्विजय सीमेंट कम्पनी लिमिटंड के सिवरी कारणाने तथा अहमदाबाद कारखाने से दिये आने वाले सीमेंट के कारखाने से चलते समय के मूल्य में क्रमशः 42.80 रु० और 23.00 रु ० प्रति मीट्रिक टन के अतिरिक्त मूल्य की अनुमति दी जायेगी । "
