8.O. 1428.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Acts , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Export of Stainless Steel Utensils ( Inspection ) Rules , 1963 , namely :-
(1) These rules may be called the Export of Stainless Steel Utensils ( In- spection) Amendment Rules , 1969 .
( 2) This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the Ist February , 1969 .
(3) In the Export of Stainless Steel Utensils ( Inspection ) Rules , 1968 , in rule 7 , for the letters and figures " Rs . 50" , the letters and figures "Rs. 20" shall be substituted .
