NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th April 1969
8.O. 1431-1 exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act ,Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1983 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Export of Mica ( Inspection ) Rules , 1969 , namely :-
1. Short title and commencement-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Export of Mica ( Inspection ) Amendment Rules , 1969 .
(2 ) They shall come into force with effect from the 15th April . 1969 .
2. In the Export of Mica ( Inspection ) Rules , 1969 , after clause ( iii ) of sub-rule (d) of rule 2 the following shall be added , namely :---
" ог ,
(iv) the sample , submitted by the exporter declaring it as an approved sample of the buyer . "
