S.O. 1432.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Minis- try of Commerce No. SO. 1196, dated the 13th April, 1966, read with the Orders of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce Nos. S.O. 1466, dated the 13th May, 1966, S.O. 1346, dated the 12th April, 1907, S.O. 2377, dated the 12th July, 1967, S.O. 2564, dated the 31st July, 1967, S.O. 3088, dated the 1st September, 1967, S.O. 3308, dated the 15th September, 1967, S.O. 3695, dated the 16th October, 1967, S.O. 1343, dated the 15th April, 1968, S.O. 2081, dated the 7th June, 1968, S.O. 2757, dated 2nd August, 1968 and S.O. 3716, dated the 15th October, 1968, the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Swadeshi Cotton and Flour Mills Limited, Indore had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above for a period upto and inclusive of 15th April, 1969;
510 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(11)] Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section(2) of Section 18A of the Industrial (Development and Regulation) Act, 1961 (65 of 1951), the Ctr'tral Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period upto the 15th October, 1900.
