New Delhi the 16th April 1969
S.O. 1435 - Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the House of the People by reason of the death of Shri Ganpat Sahai elected to that House from 25- Sultanpur parliamentary constituency in the State of Uttar Pradesh .
Now, therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 149 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the Election Commission hereby calls upon the said constituency to elect before the 24th May , 1969. in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the Rules and orders made thereunder , a person to fill the vacancy so caused .
[No. 100 / UP - HP / 4 / 69 ( 1 ) . ] S.O. 1436. - In pursuance of the provisions of section 30 of the Representa- tion of the People , Act , 1951 , the Election Commission hereby appoints , with respect to the bye - election to be held in 25 -Sultanpur parliamentary constitue in the State of Uttar Pradesh in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / UP - HP / 4/69 (1 ) , dated the 16th April , 1969--
( a) the 23rd April , 1969 , as the last date for making nominations ;
(b ) the 24th April , 1969 , as the date for the scrutiny of nominations ;
( c) the 26th April , 1969 , as the last date for the withdrawal of candi datures;
(d) the 18th May , 1969 , as the date on which a poll shall , if necessary be taken; and

S.O. 1437. In pursuance of section 56 of the Representation of the People to Act, 1951 , the Election Commission hereby fixes the hours from 8.00 A.M. 5.00 r.M. as the hours during which a poll shall , if necessary , be taken for the election to the House of the People from 25 -Sultanpur Parliamentary Consti- tuency, to be held in pursuance of its notification No. 100 / UP - HP / 4 / 69 ( I ) , dated the 16th April , 1969.

एस ० श्रो० 1438 यतः उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में के 25 -सुलतानपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से लोक सभा के लिए निर्वाचित सदस्य श्री गपत सहाय की मृत्यु हो जाने से लोक सभा मैं एक स्थान रिक्त हो गया है ;
अतः , अब लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 149 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग उक्त निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से एतद्वारा अपेक्षा करता है कि वे ऐसे हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए 24 मई , 1969 से पूर्व , उक्त अधिनियम के और तीन बनाए गए नियमों और आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित कर दें ।

एस ० श्रो० 1439 - लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 30 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी अधिसूचना सं ० 100/ उ ० प्र०- लो ० स ० / 4/69 ( 1 ) , तारीख 16 अप्रैल , 1969 के अनुसरण में उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में के 25 - सुलतानपुर संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से होने वाले उप -निर्वाचन के बारे में
( क) नामनिर्देशन करने के लिए अन्तिम तारीख- 23 अप्रैल , 1969 ;
(ख) नामनिर्देशनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख- 24 अप्रैल , 1969 ;
( ग ) अभ्यर्थिता वापस लेने की अन्तिम तारीख--- 26 अप्रैल , 1969 ;
( घ) वह तारीख जिसको यदि आवश्यक हो , तो मतदान होगा--18 मई, 1969 ;
तथा
( ङ) वह तारीख जिसके पूर्व निर्वाचन समाप्त कर दिया जाएगा 24 मई , 1969 एतद्वारा नियत करता है ।

लिए होने वाले निमभिन के लिए 8 बजे पूर्वाह्न से 5 बजे अपराल तक का समय उस समय के रूप में एतमवारा नियत करता है जिसके दौरान यदि आवश्यक हो तो मतदान होगा ।
