8..0. 1434. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby withdraws the recognition grantedto M / s . General Superintendence Co. (India) ( P ) Ltd. , " Sorab Mansion " , 35 , Murzban Road , P.B. No. 508 , Fort , Bombay- 1, as the inspection agency for light engineering products in the notification of the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3030 , dated the 20th September , 1965 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II- Section 3 Sub - section (11 ) , dated the 20th September , 1965 , and directs that the following further amend- ment shall be made in the aforesaid notification , namely:-
In the said notification, in Schedule I, Serial No. 1 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted .
