ORDER
New Delhi , the 16th April 1969
S.O. 1499. -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation (De- partment of Agriculture ) No. S.O. 3622 dated the 14th October , 1968 , namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification , the entry " Gram Chhilka " shall be omitted .
