8.0. 1500.-In exercise of the powers confirmed by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Advocates Act , 1961 ( 25 of 1981 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the first day of June , 1969 , as the date on which the provisions of sections 29, 31 , 33 and 34 of chapter IV of the said Act shall come Into force .
