In evercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 -A of the Irus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial m41- fication of the notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 725, dated the 4th March , 1966, andand in supersession of No. S.O. 1291 , dated the 1st April , 1968 , the Central Governmentrnment hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri J. N. Swaroop , to take over the management of the whole of the Hira Mills Ltd. , Ujjain , vice Shri Dinker Kedarnath , until further orders .
