NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th April, 1969 ,
S.O. 1501. In pursuance of paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols ( Reserva- tion and Allotment ) Order , 1968 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in its notification No. 56 / 69 - II ( S.O. 89 ) , dated the 4th January , 1969 , namely :-
(i) In Table 2 , below the entry " Punjab .. Skiroma u Akali Dal Scales" , the entry " Uttar Pradesh ... Bharatiya Kranti Dal Haldhar " shall be inserted ; and
( 11 ) in Table 3 , against the entry " 16. Uttar Pradesh , em ( 7 ) Haldhar " shall be omitted and the remaining items appropriately renumbered
