NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st April 1969
S.O. 1507. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Preventive Detention Act , 1950 (4 of 1950 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes for the purposes of the said Act an Advisory Board consisting of the following per- sons , namely
( 1) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ujjal Narain Sinha of the Patna High Court ( 2) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Nand Lal Untwalia of the Patna High Court .
( 3 ) The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Tarkeshwar Nath of the Patna High Court.
2. The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ujjal Narain Sinha shall be the Chairman of this Advisory Board .
