NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th February 1969
S.O. 829. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Jayanti Shipping Company ( Taking over of Management) Act , 1966 ( 24 of 1966 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. K. Datta , Secretary, Ministry of Shipping and Transport to be the Chairman of the Board of Control with immediate effect vice Shri S. Chakravarti , resigned , and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Transport and Aviation , Department of Transport , Shipping and Tourism ( Transport Wing ) , No. S.O. 1781 . dated the 10th June , 1966 , namely :
In the said notification ,-
(a) for the entry against Serial No. 1 , the following entry shall be substi tuted , namely : -
" Shri S. K. Datta , Secretary , Ministry of Shipping and Transport. " (b ) Serial No. 3 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted .
