NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th April 1969
S.O. 1565.—Whereas I. F.G.T. Menezes, have been authorised by the Vegetable Oil Pro- ducts Controller for India wider sub-clause (a) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order 1947, to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said Order ;
New, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-calusc (1) of clause 6 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947. read with the notification of the Goverment of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture No. G.S.R. 882 dated the 24th September 1958, and in super- session of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Com- munity Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. S.O. 1225 dated the 22nd March, 1969, I hereby fix, with the prior concurrence of the Central Government, the maximum prices at which vegetable oil products may be sold in the various zones specified below with effect from the 27th April, 1969, as follows :—

Explanation In thi" notification,—
(1" "readier" nears a c'calcr who sells rot more than 16-5 kilogrammes of vegetable oil product to any cue corsumer at a time.
(ft") "wholesaler" means a dealer who sells vegetable oil product,—
(a) to a retailer in any guantiiy, or (A) to a consumer exceeding 16-5 kilogrammes at a time.
