NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th April 1969
G.S.R. 1040. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966 , namely :- 1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices ) Second Amendment Order , 1969 .
2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene (Fixation of Celling Prices ) Order , 1966 , for the entry " Two rupees and thirty - three paise ( increase ) " in column ( 2 ) against sub - item ( iii ) of item ( d) , relatingto Aviation Turbine Fuel per Kilolitre in bulk , the entry " Six rupees and twenty -eight paise ( increase ) " shall be substituted .

In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals and Mines and Metals ( Department of Petroleum) No. G.S.R. 759 dated 3rd March , 1969 published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub - Section ( 1 ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dated the 3rd March , 1969 at page 211 , in line 12 , for " 1968 " , read " 1966" .
