EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 28th April 1969
8.0 . 1566. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 , namely : - In Pait ' A' of Schedule I to the sald Order after iten 31 , the following shall be added : -
" 32 Handwoven woollen carpet , and chain stitched rugs to be exported o consignment basis or at a floor price of less than Rs 28.10 f.o.b. per sq . metre ."
In Part ' B' of Schedule I to the said order , against the existing entries 23 8. 24 the following shall be substituted: -
" 23 Hand - woven woollen carpets and woollen chain stitched rugs . other than those mentioned against item 32 in Part ' A ' "
" 24. Deleted "
