In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 7 ) of section 16 of the Gold ( Control ) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968 ) read with sub - section ( 1 ) of that section, and in continuation of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. S.O. 834 , dated the 27th February , 1969 , I , Jasjit ingh , Administrator , being satisfied thatit 19 necessary so to do , hereby extend the period for the making of declarations by licensed dealers and refiners under thethe said sub- section ( 7) upto andand inclusive of the 30th June, 1969 .
