S.O. 1724.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18A of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 and in continuation of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Supply No. S.O. 1310, dated the 31st March , 1969, the Central Government hereby extends the term of Shri P. C. Aggarwal beyond 30th April, 1969 , until further orders .
