ORDER
New Delhi, the 9th May, 1969 G.S.R. 1122.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1953 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill Price Con- trol Order, 1969, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill) Price Control (Amendment) Order, 1969.
(2) It shall come into force on the 9th May, 1969.
2. In the Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex-mill) Price Control Order, 1969,—
(i) in sub-clause (2) of clause 1, the word "Maharashtra" 6hall be omitted;
