8.O. 1916. In excrcise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Contro ' ) Order , 1968 , namely : - In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order , the existing entry against item No. 26 ( i ) shall be amended to read as follows : -
"Groundnuts , other than H.P.S. Variety , both in shell and kernels " .
